On 9th March the concerts belonging to “Folk en la Fundación” were presented during a press conference which took place in the CajaCanarias Foundation in Santa Cruz, In this series of concerts, Claudia Álamo and I will have the pleasure to perform our show “Mujeres, de la Voz al Mundo” (Women, From the Voice to the World) on 17th May at the Espacio Cultural CajaCanarias (Cultural Space CajaCanarias). Besides, we will be sharing the line-up with artists and groups such as Mestisay (10th May), Pieles (22nd May) and Benito Cabrera with José Manuel Ramos (29th May).
The CajaCanarias Foundation promotes the first of these series of concerts with the intention of opening a window through which local artists may show their work so that the Canarian society gets to know this updated folk trend.
